Pelvic pain, leaking, heaviness, and that unstable feeling through your hips and low back are common. They’re not something you have to accept. These symptoms usually come back to how your pelvis moves and how your core and pelvic floor manage pressure, and that’s something you can train. This bundle combines our two pelvic programs so you get the full picture: the stability work that keeps your pelvis supported and the pelvic floor work that teaches it to release, respond, and generate force when you need it.

Core, Pelvic Floor & Pelvic Stability Program

This program is built for pregnancy and postpartum to address pelvic girdle pain, SI joint and pubic symphysis discomfort, and the instability that makes everyday movement feel harder than it should. You’ll start with the Pain Free mini course to understand why pain shows up and what actually changes it, then learn our programming approach so you know how to use the workouts. From there, you’ll train through on-demand video workouts across three levels (beginner, novice, and advanced) so you can start where you are and progress as your pelvis gets stronger and more stable.

Pelvic Floor Foundations Course

Kegels alone aren’t the answer. Your pelvic floor needs to lengthen and release just as much as it needs to contract, and it has to coordinate with your breath and the rest of your core to do its job. In this course, you’ll learn our approach to supporting your pelvic floor through breath and movement, with educational videos that explain how it functions in pregnancy, during birth prep, and in recovery after birth. Then you’ll put it into practice with 30+ on-demand video workouts designed to help you connect, release, and strengthen your pelvic floor. This course is for anyone with a pelvic floor, even outside of pregnancy and postpartum.

Why Train Both Together

Your pelvic floor sits at the bottom of the pelvis, so how your pelvis is positioned and moving directly affects how well your pelvic floor can function. A pelvic floor that’s stuck holding tension can’t stabilize well, and a pelvis that lacks stability puts more demand on the pelvic floor. Working on one without the other often leaves you stuck. Training them together addresses both sides of the same system, so your results last beyond the workouts.

What You Get

You get lifetime access to both programs with one purchase, including 67+ follow-along video workouts across pelvic stability and pelvic floor training, the Pain Free mini course, Pelvic Floor Foundations education videos, and three progressive workout levels so you can keep building over time.
