Here is the first day of the app based postpartum program! In this program, the exercises are delivered in the teambuildr app as a list of exercises with demo videos linked. In the sample, you'll see a screenshot of the exercises from the app, and we have listed the demo videos here for you to do the workout!

Part B:

10 per side x Kneeling Archer Row

10 per side All Fours Hip Shifted Pelvic Tilts

10 per side All Fours Hip Shifted Knee Lift

Part C:

3 Rounds:

10 per side Forward Step Down

10 per side Half Kneeling Pallof Press

10 per side Glute Bridge with Pull Down

10 per side Opposite Knee Press
